File Type Manager

Introduction

File Type Manager is a sophisticated file type management tool for Windows. It help you to manage Windows file types, actions and shell extensions.

How to Use

• Add openning ways for some file type:
  1. Select right folder in the File type list
  2. Select the file type or you can put the file type in lookup editor
  3. If your computer is configured with it, the information will be displayed on the right panel
  4. Click the Add button
  5. Input the name and select a application in the dialog
  6. Click Ok button.
• Delete openning ways of some file type:
  1. Select right folder in the File type list
  2. Select the file type or you can put the file type in lookup editor
  3. If your computer is configured with it, the information will be displayed on the right
  4. Click the Delete button
  5. Click the Ok button in the message dialog.
• Edit openning ways of some file type:
  1. Select right folder in the File type list
  2. Select the file type or input the file type in lookup editor
  3. If your computer is configured with it, the information will be displayed on the right panel
  4. Click the Edit button
  5. Edit the name or change the application
  6. Click the Ok button.

Note:

• Advise not to delete the items named after "open","edit","print" etc.
