Acer Swift 3 SF315-52G is an iteration of the much popular Swift series from the Acer lineup of more premium laptops. The first thing to observe is the metallic chassis and the silver-grey color that the models are shipped with. Color options may vary but silver-grey has its charm. It even has a Marvel version that comes in their trademark color. 

Everything except the screen bezels is metallic and it feels sturdy to carry. The edges are smoothened and overall very ergonomic in hands. The area around the keyboard is not flimsy and does not sink while applying pressure on it. It uses a Full HD LED Backlit Anti-glare IPS Display that produces crisp color quality with accuracy and good contrast. The blacks appear somewhat good considering it is an IPS panel. No trouble with reflections on this one due to the anti-glare property and good viewing angles. The screen size is 15.6 inches and bears a resolution of 1920*1080 pixel good for high-definition video playback. 

The keyboard on the Acer Swift 3 SF315-52G is chicklet and makes a little sound while using it. It is of course LED-backlit, making it perfect for night usage. The key travel is the bare minimum and features a full-fledged Numpad. It uses a multi-gesture touchpad that is responsive but lacks the physical buttons. This particular variant comes with a combination of silver on the inside and gun-metal brushed aluminum finish on the outside, giving it a more premium look. The weight is also in the lighter category of Ultrabooks and weighs around 1.4 kilograms, although there are less weighing ultrabooks out there. 

The color schemes are impressive, and so is the fourteen-inch display on the laptop. It bears a Full-HD IPS display panel with NanoEdge technology that manages to further shrink down the bezels for an immersive experience. The screen-to-body ratio on this variant is an impressive 84 percent and is a visual treat for eyes. It bears a 1920*1080 pixel resolution that comes with a 178-degree viewing angle.
